Located halfway between Québec City and Trois-Rivières, Lotbinière has magnificent stone houses as well as numerous dairy farms. It is also part of the Most Beautiful Villages of Quebec Association. In the western part of the village, you will surely want to stop at the Moulin du Portage, which is an ancient flour mill dating back to year 1816 now turned into a concert hall. In the attic of this mill, an exhibition will make you discover the miller families that lived there.
