Walk, Bike or Skate

In Lévis, a few cycling paths meander in the city and its surrounding area. The Parcours des Anses runs along the St. Lawrence River for 15 kilometres and allows you to bike, walk or in-line skate on a former railroad. From the cycling path, you will have an impressive view on both bridges that cross the river, on the Île d'Orléans, on the Château Frontenac and on the Montmorency Falls. You can even rent bikes and in-line skates at the ferry station. The Parcours is entirely asphalted and then allows you to do your favourite activity in a safe environment. Along the Parcours, several rest areas invite you to relax or have a picnic.

The parc linéaire le Grand Tronc is part of the Trans Canada Trail and takes you from Lévis to Saint-Agapit. You can walk or bike along the 22 kilometres of path where you can admire rivers, marshes and peat bogs. You can observe numerous bird species, as well as beautiful rural landscapes. A few rest areas are scattered along the path, allowing you to rest. Come and take advantage of the outdoors in Chaudière-Appalaches!
