Legends Will Take you Back in Time

When you enter the Village des défricheurs, you are taken back to the beginning of the 20^th century. This interpretation centre about rural life is composed of numerous buildings displaying epoch furniture. Your discovery of the buildings will make you step back in time, when those who were called the “défricheurs” built the region.

In the manor, you can also visit the exhibition “Gens de causerie”, as well as the important collection of works of art by Henri-Louis Larochelle. Take part in the lantern-lit storytelling evenings, the “Feux follets,”. Consult the schedule of events for more information.
