Working with finesse and inventiveness, the Chef will make you live a unique gourmet experience with a menu paired with the seasons, local products and the wine list. Manoir des Érables was awarded many prizes throughout the last few years including the "Gastronomie" prize at Grands Prix du tourisme québécois as well as the “Or” award-winner at the national level in 2002.
