A Festival for Real Men
The Festival du Bûcheux (the lumberjack festival) offers a very traditional program. During this festival, the forest character of the region has the place of honour. Over the four days of activities, you can participate in the forest activities, the sports activities as well as the cultural activities, like bow-saw tree cutting, two-handed saw wood cutting and fire wood cutting. You can also visit a sawmill and learn everything about the miller trade. Dancing nights, a musical gala and a parade liven up the festival.
