In the Maison Dupuis, which was established in 1982, you will find the first French-speaking museum entirely dedicated to civil aviation in North America. You can visit the four rooms dedicated to the seven civil aviation pilots who were born in Sainte-Marie. You can also see an exhibition about bush pilots or the exhibition about Doris Lussier and his famous character of Père Gédéon.
Outside the museum, a picnic area and gardens invite you to enjoy the fresh air of la Beauce. In season, a sugar shack opens its doors to those who have a sweet tooth. You can buy maple products year round. Two new exhibitions await you in summer: “Les Feux de forêt” (Forest Fires) and “Les Femmes pilotes” (Women Pilots).
